School Readiness and Early Childhood Special Education
Cleveland Public School is proud to offer a unique learning environment for both School Readiness and children with special needs as an inclusion preschool within the public school setting. The program prepares all children for lifelong learning in a changing world by providing opportunities for children to develop their individual talents and social skills within an atmosphere of mutual respect.
The preschool program promotes social and emotional development, physical well being, and creativity in a positive environment that strengthens children's self-esteem. The program offers a developmentally appropriate curriculum that focuses on the individual needs of each child. Children discover and learn through play, sensory exploration, social interaction, and problem solving.
